We recommend using iCloud to prevent data loss. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur if you do not use these backup methods or if backups fail.
The App, including all content, features, functionality, designs, graphics, code, and user interface, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Pray: Christian Prayer Tracker" and associated logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Yoan-Marko Iliev. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
The App may include third-party libraries, frameworks, and icons. Use of these components is subject to their respective licenses.
The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to access premium features. These purchases are optional and not required to use the core functionality of the App.
All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Pricing is displayed in the App before purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified price.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as all payments are processed by Apple.
The App may offer optional one-time tip purchases to support the developer. These are non-refundable donations and do not unlock any additional features.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscribers during their current billing period.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, the dispute may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable European arbitration rules and procedures, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify under your local jurisdiction.
